I think the Star destroyer would be destroyed by the first volloy of Quantom torpedos, as its shields would be compeltly ineffective, aginst a subspace energy discharge, and the directed energy dichcarges from the phasers, while the Enterpise would only take minor max 10% shield damage mainly due to the massive number of weapons, and size of the stardestroyer, as its weapons would have next to no effect on the enterpises gravamextric based shields (kinada like an inverted even horzion, abut not as strong).
